Note: Applications are processed during business hours in the order they are received, and when complete with a credit & background check through Cozy.co (Cozy has its own application fee).

If your complete application is first in line, it will be processed. If not, your application will NOT be processed until the first application has been processed.

If the first application is approved, you will be contacted and your application fee will be refunded, or you may apply for another home.

Once your application has been processed, the application fee is non-refundable.
