Our qualifying standards to rent a home are simple and fair.
• All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital or familial status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Each adult occupant must submit an application and be on the lease.
• Your gross monthly income must equal approximately three times or more the monthly rent.
• A favorable credit history and background check (without Felony(s) or Unlawful Detainer on record, no exceptions).
• Be employed or have consistent income and furnish acceptable proof of required income.
• Good references from Landlords, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Limit of the legal number occupants, 2 per bedroom.
• Compensating Factors can include additional requirements such as a Co-Signer, high risk fee, or rent paid in advance for applicants who fall short of above criteria.
Anyone of legal age to sign a lease is welcome to apply. We remain fair by consistently following the above screening criteria and honoring all Fair Housing Act (FHA) guidelines, without exception.
